At Pink Pocket, every Mystery Box is carefully hand-packed with individually selected surprise items.

Because of the unique nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the package and the item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that every Pink Pocket Mystery Box contains surprise items, so the contents may vary from the product photos.
